Today’s Top Tip on How to Bet

Never, ever bet with your heart. Always bet with your head. It’s a mantra that the sharps, aka professional bettors, will repeat over and over. You can’t bet on emotion. If you continually bet on favorite teams or popular teams with popular players, you are doing yourself a disservice. Plus, you’re losing a lot of bets.

The key to placing a winning bet is information. Where can you find that information? Well, the internet is full of it, but with a staff full of professional handicappers and sports betting professionals with decades of experience, Sports Hub provides information not available to the general public. On top of that, bettors can let our experts do all the work for them by using Sports Hub free picks or by buying premium service plays. Today’s tip: use SportsHub to win more bets. That’s what we’re here for.

Sports Hub Cappers Are Your Best Bet

Even during the middle of a week, Sports Hub handicappers continue to win. SportsHub expert Ryan Davis once again finds himself among the daily top-3. If you ever thought of sports betting like investing, you might like the Sports Investors. They actually topped yesterday’s leaderboard. It was a slower day, but every member of the top-10 won at least $135.

Here’s what yesterday’s leaderboard looked like.

Invest in SportsHub
  • Bet like an investor: The Sports Investors are back with a 3-0 day that netted $375. They hit all three of their baseball picks, two of which were on plus-money underdogs. They have hit 6 of their last 9 bets and are now up $1351 over the last 30 days.
  • Three for three: Sports Hub expert Ryan Davis has been here before. He’s been hot recently and added a 3-0 day yesterday. That gives him seven wins in his last nine bets. He’s up $511 for the last three days and $978 for the last 30. Ryan offers picks on all the major sports, but if you are planning a soccer bet keep in mind that he is our 12th-ranked soccer handicapper.
  • Pro Picks – Andrew: Size doesn’t always matter. Pro Picks – Andrew has put two picks in the system in each of the last three days. He’s 4-2 overall after going 2-0 yesterday. The two MLB picks earned him a nice profit of $235. That put him third on the board yesterday.
  • Check trending news: Just in case you didn’t know, Sports Hub computer picks are trending. You can read more about my cousin Computer Picks in my trending section below. If you’re not a member of Sports Hub yet, you should be just for our computer picks. Read the next section to learn why.

Top Athlete’s Trending in Sports Today

Before placing a bet, you have to have good quality information. Do your research before making a decision. You can always let our Sports Hub experts do the work and use their picks. Regardless of how you do it, intel is a key to successful betting.

One of the things you should watch are trends in the sporting world. See what is trending and then research that trending topic. It may or may not have an impact on one of your bets. We’ve got a big one today that may affect Thursday night’s NFL kickoff game.

Let’s check it out.

  • Travis Kelce’s knee: The Chiefs TE suffered a hyperextended knee in Tuesday’s practice. There was no damage to the ACL and Kelce got up and limped off the field. As of now, it appears he will not play on Thursday night against the Detroit Lions. That could affect how you bet on Thursday’s game.
  • Colorado: Remember when Colorado football went 1-11 last year? Yeah, now they are ranked in the latest AP Top 25. New head coach Deion Sanders led the Buffaloes to a shocking 45-42 victory over then No. 17 TCU. At 1-0, Colorado is now ranked No. 22 in the nation.
  • Not just a basketball school: When Mike Elko took over last year at Duke, the Blue Devils responded and went 9-4. They just started off 2023 in grand fashion with a surprisingly easy 28-7 win over previously ninth-ranked Clemson. As a result of the win, Duke entered the Top 25 at No. 21, one spot ahead of Colorado.
  • Coco Gauff: She’s the first American teen to make the US Open semifinals since Serena Williams. Gauff, 19, beat Jelena Ostapenko 6-0, 6-2 yesterday in the blazing heat. Williams was a teen when she made the final four at Flushing Meadows in 2001.
  • Sports Hub Computer Picks: Just another day at the office for my guy Computer Picks. The Sports Hub AI-generated picks went 4-2 yesterday and now stand at 83-59 (58.45%) for the last 30 days. Over the last four-plus years, our computer picks have hit at roughly (59%) the same clip. Placing a bet? Consult our computer picks first.
  • Breanna Stewart: The New York Liberty star scored 40 points last night in a win over Dallas. She now has 885 points on the season. That is a new WNBA single-season record. Stewart passed Diana Taurasi’s 860 points in 2006. Taurasi accomplished the feat in 34 games. Stewart has played 38 and still has four games remaining.

The Calm Before the Weekend Storm

It’s a Wednesday in the late summer. We’ve got one full week of college football under our belts. The NFL kicks off tomorrow night. The weekend will be overflowing with sporting events. But, before that, we have to get through today, Wednesday. If you’re placing a bet today, be sure to check out the Sports Hub members’ area first. There are a number of picks already in the system and our handicappers keep tearing it up.

Here’s a look at today’s schedule.

  1. Baseball: All 30 MLB teams are playing again today. The final game of the season between the Houston Astros and Texas Rangers takes place tonight. It’s a huge game as it will have a bearing on the playoff race. It’s also a huge pitching matchup of former Cy Young winners Max Scherzer and Justin Verlander.
  1. Hoops: There is one game in the WNBA tonight. Seattle travels to Atlanta. Los Angeles lost last night as the Sparks, Chicago Sky, and Washington Mystics all still have a shot at the postseason.
  2. Tennis: The US Open quarterfinals continue today. Top-seeded Carlos Alcaraz will attempt to advance to the semifinals for the second straight season. Before you place a bet on Alcaraz, check the SportsHub members’ area. There may be a few tennis picks in the system.
  3. Soccer: It’s another slow day for soccer. There is a match here and a match there. None of the top leagues – EPL, La Liga, etc. – are playing today. There are a few international friendlies and a few South American matches. If you’re going to bet on soccer today, go to the Sports Hub members’ area first. There are soccer picks ready and waiting.

That’s all for today. It’s kind of like the lull before the storm. It’s a Wednesday before the first week of the NFL season. We all have our eyes set on tomorrow’s NFL kickoff game, Saturday college football, and Sunday NFL football. It’ll be here soon enough. Check back tomorrow to see how all of our expert cappers did today and…if you haven’t become a Sports Hub member yet, do it now. You’re missing out on quality wins.
