By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually) depending on your selected plan • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with prior notice • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportsHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
