Have you prepared your Premier League Matchweek 15 predictions? Matchweek 14 may have only finished on Sunday, but we have a full round of midweek fixtures to enjoy.

With the top four teams separated by just four points, we are set for one of the most thrilling title races in a long time. Arsenal and Liverpool find themselves above Manchester City, with Aston Villa rounding out the top four.

Read on to discover my Matchweek 15 predictions and picks.

What Happened During Matchweek 14?

Before I reveal my Matchweek 15 predictions, we need to assess last weekend’s results. Matchweek 14 served up a ton of high-scoring encounters, with seven of the 10 games producing over 2.5 goals.

MATCHWEEK 14 PREMIER LEAGUE RESULTS

  • Brentford 3-1 Luton Town
  • Arsenal 2-1 Wolverhampton Wanderers
  • Burnley 5-0 Sheffield United
  • Nottingham Forest 0-1 Everton
  • Newcastle United 1-0 Manchester United
  • Chelsea 3-2 Brighton & Hove Albion
  • Liverpool 4-3 Fulham
  • West Ham United 1-1 Crystal Palace
  • Bournemouth 2-2 Aston Villa
  • Manchester City 3-3 Tottenham Hotspur

Burnley picked up their first home victory of the season, thrashing Sheffield United 5-0 at Turf Moor. There were also big wins for Chelsea and Liverpool, while Everton claimed a precious away win at the City Ground.

The standout clash of Matchweek 14 saw Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur play out a wild 3-3 draw at the Etihad. Spurs came from behind on two occasions, but they can count themselves fortunate to have claimed a point due to a questionable late refereeing call.

Matchweek 15 Premier League Odds

The bookies have released their odds for Matchweek 15, so let’s check out the latest prices. Before you lock in your Matchweek 15 predictions, be sure to search for the best value in the Premier League odds.

PREMIER LEAGUE ODDS FOR MATCHWEEK 15

  • Wolverhampton Wanderers (-115) vs. Burnley (+300)
  • Luton Town (+1200) vs. Arsenal (-450)
  • Brighton & Hove Albion (-115) vs. Brentford (+275)
  • Crystal Palace (+125) vs. Bournemouth (+210)
  • Fulham (+100) vs. Nottingham Forest (+275)
  • Sheffield United (+1100) vs. Liverpool (-550)
  • Aston Villa (+333) vs. Manchester City (-138)
  • Manchester United (+175) vs. Chelsea (+137)
  • Everton (+210) vs. Newcastle United (+125)
  • Tottenham Hotspur (-130) vs. West Ham United (+300)

Only three home teams – Wolves, Brighton and Tottenham – possess minus odds this week. Crystal Palace and Fulham are also favored to triumph on home soil, but Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest are not easy opponents.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City are the heavy away favorites, with Chelsea and Newcastle also expected to taste victory on the road. Now that you’re up to speed on the odds, let’s dive into my Matchweek 15 predictions.

Premier League Matchweek 15 Predictions

Matchweek 15 gets underway on Tuesday, December 5, with Wolves hosting Burnley and Arsenal visiting Luton. We then have six games to enjoy on Wednesday, with the remaining two clashes taking place on Thursday.

The standout clashes of the round are undoubtedly Manchester United vs. Chelsea and Aston Villa vs. Manchester City. Man Utd and Chelsea are both trying to return to the top of English soccer, while Man City and Villa are among the early title contenders.

We also have the small matter of the London derby between Tottenham and West Ham to sink our teeth into. Without further ado, here are my Matchweek 15 predictions.

Manchester United vs. Chelsea Prediction

Chelsea claimed an impressive 3-2 victory over Brighton on Sunday, despite playing the entirety of the second half with 10 men following Conor Gallagher’s red card. The Blues have now won six of their last 10 games, suffering just two defeats in the process.

Meanwhile, Manchester United endured a 1-0 loss against Newcastle last time out. The Red Devils have now lost four of their previous eight matches across all competitions, scoring 13 goals along the way.

Not only have Erik ten Hag’s men lost four of their last six home games, but they have also lost five of their previous nine. With that in mind, I’m backing Chelsea to claim all three points at Old Trafford on Wednesday.

Best Bet: Chelsea (+137)

Aston Villa vs. Manchester City Prediction

Aston Villa and Manchester City are separated by a solitary point in the Premier League table. While the reigning champions occupy third place, the Villains find themselves fourth thanks to an impressive run of results.

Unai Emery’s men have lost just three of their 14 league games this season, picking up nine wins and two draws in the process. When you look at the bigger picture, the Villains have won each of their previous 13 home league games.

On the flip side, Pep Guardiola’s men have drawn each of their last three Premier League matches, conceding eight goals along the way. It could be argued that now is the perfect time for Villa to face City.

Tottenham Hotspur vs. West Ham United Prediction

Thursday’s London derby between Tottenham and West Ham looks destined to be an entertaining contest. Spurs will be full of confidence after pushing Man City all the way, while the Hammers will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to six games.

It is worth noting that only Brighton (100%) possess a higher BTTS ratio than West Ham (86%) this season. On top of that, both teams have scored in 10 of Tottenham’s 14 league games this term (71%).

For that reason, I recommend exploring the goal markets for this matchup. Since Ange Postecoglou’s men have failed to win any of their last four games, it makes sense to steer clear of the moneylines here.
