The New York Yankees walked off the San Diego Padres 4-3 in 10 innings after rookie J.C. Escarra delivered a pinch-hit sacrifice fly—his first career walk-off.

San Diego starter Dylan Cease carried a no-hitter into the seventh, but Cody Bellinger broke it up with a solo homer. Former Padre Trent Grisham tied it in the eighth with a two-run shot before Escarra’s deep fly off Jeremiah Estrada sealed the win.

Cease exited with a right forearm cramp, adding injury to insult after the late-inning collapse.
