Lexus Eastbourne Open (England)
The Lexus Eastbourne Open will feature an all-American final after top-seeded Taylor Fritz and lucky loser Jenson Brooksby both advanced Friday.
Fritz fired 18 aces without a single double fault en route to a 6-3, 3-6, 6-1 victory over sixth-seeded Alejandro Davidovich Fokina of Spain. The American capitalized on all three of his break-point opportunities and held a 33-18 edge in total winners.
On the other side of the draw, Brooksby continued his Cinderella run by edging France’s Ugo Humbert 6-7 (7), 6-4, 6-4. Brooksby saved 9 of 13 break points and took full advantage of Humbert’s 54 unforced errors to reach his first career grass-court final.

Mallorca Championships (Spain)
France’s Corentin Moutet pulled off the upset of the day by ousting third seed Alex Michelsen of the U.S. 6-4, 7-6 (3) in the semifinals of the Mallorca Championships.
Moutet fended off 8 of 10 break points and maintained composure throughout a tightly contested match to earn his spot in the final.
He’ll face fourth-seeded Tallon Griekspoor of the Netherlands, who took down second-seeded Felix Auger-Aliassime of Canada 6-4, 6-4. Griekspoor was rock solid behind his serve, winning 75 percent of first-serve points (36 of 48) and saving all six break points he faced. Despite Auger-Aliassime’s 11 aces, it was Griekspoor who proved more consistent under pressure.
