Hurkacz Advances in Geneva Amidst Rain Delays

Sixth-seeded Hubert Hurkacz of Poland secured his spot in the next round with a 6-3, 6-4 victory over French wild card Arthur Cazaux on a weather-interrupted Tuesday at the Gonet Geneva Open in Switzerland. Hurkacz showcased a strong performance, hitting 17 winners and successfully saving three of four break points he faced.

Tiafoe Leads Seeds Advancing in Hamburg

No. 2 seed Frances Tiafoe kicked off his campaign at the Bitpanda Hamburg Open in Germany with a solid 7-5, 6-2 victory over China’s Yunchaokete Bu in their opening-round match. Tiafoe was highly efficient on his first serve, winning 26 of 33 points (78.8 percent).
