Week 6 NFL Picks

The 2023 NFL season is shaping up to be a doozy. Sports Hub’s handicappers have been crushing the book, and our Week 6 NFL picks will increase your bankroll even more. Visit our leaderboard to check out sortable stats for all picks from every handicapper in our system.

The NFC is a bit top-heavy, with the 49ers & Eagles out to hot starts, while teams like the Bears and Panthers are leaving little to be desired. The Cowboys have looked great in their wins, but their loss to the Cardinals showed weaknesses.

We’ll be careful with Week 6 NFL picks featuring the AFC. That conference has had some weird and wacky moments, and we haven’t even reached the quarter point yet. Through 4 weeks, there are no undefeated and no winless teams in the AFC. The South has all 4 teams at 2-2, with cloudy betting opportunities.

Moneylines, Point Spreads & Totals: Week 6 NFL Picks

For the 3rd straight week, the NFL features a game in London, the 2nd in a row at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Titans are the home team vs. the Ravens. Tennessee is a 5.5-point underdog, and after an impressive 27-3 win over the Bengals in Week 4, their +190 moneyline odds may offer some value.

Did you know that the Broncos haven’t beaten their division rival Chiefs dating back to November 15th, 2015? That’s a span of 15 games! Our Week 6 NFL picks could tell the story. Denver has covered the last 3 and 4 of the last 5 vs. KC, but can they get that win? They’ll be in tough at Arrowhead as these two get Week 6 rolling on TNF, where the home team is giving 7-points.

With the Broncos defense showing many weaknesses, will they be able to contain Patrick Mahomes and company? The total is currently set at 48. Other totals of note include Eagles @ Jets at 49.5, the early UK game is set at just 41.5, while the number is at 43.5 in Saints @ Texans.

Point spreads to consider for Week 6 NFL picks include:

  • Panthers at Dolphins (-7)
  • Seahawks at Bengals (-4.5)
  • 49ers (-1) at Browns
  • Saints (-2.5) at Texans
  • Colts at Jaguars (-6.5)
  • Lions (-3.5) at Buccaneers
  • Eagles at Jets (-1)
  • Giants at Bills (-7)

Best Pick ATS

When making Week 6 NFL picks, you should always focus on betting against the spread. In this situation, taking the Miami Dolphins as a massive underdog is going to be the best way to go as they host the Carolina Panthers.

Miami just continues to overwhelm opponents with their offensive attack, and that will be the case in this game as well. Carolina just doesn’t have what it takes to get stops in this game, and it’s going to get out of hand in a hurry in South Beach.

Miami Dolphins -13.5

Best Moneyline Pick

NFC North rivals meet up on Sunday when the Minnesota Vikings visit the Chicago Bears. Both teams come into this game with a record of 1-4, but it is actually the underdog Chicago Bears that appear to be trending in the right direction.

Minnesota will be without star wide receiver Justin Jefferson, and that’s going to be a major loss for this offense. Justin Fields and the Bears offense is really starting to play well, and they are going to have a big day of offense to pull off a slight upset in this game.

Chicago Bears +125

Best Total Pick

A pair of defensive-minded teams meet up in Cleveland this weekend when the Browns host the San Francisco 49ers. Even though both teams love to defend, the San Francisco 49ers are also an elite offensive team.

The Browns are going to be forced to try and keep up on offense in this game, and that is going to push the point total up pretty high. Don’t expect a shootout in this game, but there will be at least 40 points scored in this game.

San Francisco 49ers/Cleveland Browns Over 39.0

Best Player Prop

The New York Giants visit the Buffalo Bills on Sunday in a nice little rivalry game, and the spread on this game is too large to bet on. Buffalo is coming into this game as a 14-point betting favorite, but you don’t want to mess around with a spread that large.

Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills is going to have a big game in this one, and that is where you want to focus in this matchup. Bet on Allen to find the end zone on Sunday, as you will get a solid payout with this wager.

Josh Allen Any Time Touchdown Scorer

Best Team Prop

The Philadelphia Eagles visit the New York Jets on Sunday, and this is going to be an interesting matchup. Philadelphia wants to score, while New York continues to be one of the best defensive teams in the league.

The Eagles have shown the tendency to start fast in games this year, while that hasn’t been the case with the Jets. That gives you an opportunity to bet on Philadelphia to be leading at halftime and also win the game for a solid payout.

Philadelphia Eagles Halftime-Fulltime Winner

Baltimore Ravens vs. Tennessee Titans

The Baltimore Ravens and Tennessee Titans are both looking to figure things out on Sunday, and this should set up for a terrific showdown. Baltimore is clearly the better overall team, but Tennessee has also been showing the ability to pick up a win.

Don’t expect a ton of offense in this game, but the Titans are going to lean heavily on their star running back in this game. Bet on Henry to find the end zone in this game, as he might end up being the only one.

Derrick Henry Anytime Touchdown Scorer

Washington Commanders vs. Atlanta Falcons

The Washington Commanders visit the Atlanta Falcons in what is going to be a very interesting matchup, and the spread is tight in this one. Washington looks like a contender in the NFC East this season, while Atlanta is trying to be a surprise leader in the NFC South.

The defense of Washington is going to be the difference in this game, as that defensive front is one of the best in the league. Atlanta still has some work to do at the quarterback position, and Desmond Ridder will struggle in a loss to the Commanders.

Washington Commanders +125

Seattle Seahawks vs. Cincinnati Bengals

The Seattle Seahawks visit the Cincinnati Bengals, and this is a battle of two teams that should really be able to score. Seattle has continued to get great play from quarterback Geno Smith, but they have also given up some big plays this season.

The Cincinnati offense has been one of the worst in the league this season, but the Bengals are starting to turn things around. Look for Joe Burrow to have a big game on Sunday again as the Bengals pick up another much-needed victory.

Cincinnati Bengals -2.5

Indianapolis Colts vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

AFC South Division rivals meet up when the Indianapolis Colts visit the Jacksonville Jaguars. Indianapolis has actually been much better than expected this season, but the Jaguars are starting to pull away.

Jacksonville just picked up back-to-back wins in London over the past two weeks, and they are now in complete control of the AFC South. Indianapolis is good enough to keep this game close, but that is about all you can expect from that team as the Jaguars win and cover the spread.

Jacksonville Jaguars -4.0

New Orleans Saints vs. Houston Texans

The New Orleans Saints visit the Houston Texans on Sunday, and this is a game that could be much closer than most people would expect. New Orleans looks like one of the best teams in the league, but Houston has been playing some solid football as well.

You should expect a defensive struggle in this game, as the tough Saints defense will slow down rookie quarterback CJ Stroud. Twenty points might be enough to win this one, and that’s why taking the under is the right play.

Under 41.5 Points

We already touched on the Chiefs dominance over the Broncos in the AFC West. However, Week 6 has 4 division matchups. A few of our experts focus on divisional games, and Week 6 NFL picks are sure to follow suit. Even though the Jaguars played back-to-back weeks in London, they don’t have a bye until Week 9.

In Week 6, Jacksonville hosts Indianapolis, currently giving 6.5 points as the home favorite. Keep an eye on the total, but covering a TD after traveling across the pond for two weeks in a division matchup is something to monitor.

The other division matchups include Minnesota at Chicago and Arizona at Los Angeles Rams. Don’t be surprised to see Vikings at Bears close as a PK, while the Rams are currently -3.5. However, if Cooper Kupp comes back as we know him, it’ll be interesting to see what Stafford does with Puka Nacua, who looks like a beast. The over/under is currently 43.
