UCLA opened with a 13–0 burst using a reshuffled starting lineup and never lost control.

Prophet Johnson scored 13 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for Sacramento State, now 3–3.

Meleek Thomas scored a career-high 26 points, and Arkansas closed with a 6–0 run over the final 73 seconds to escape.
