One downside with the way Wager Talk sells picks is that there’s no possible way to purchase a membership that gives you access to all of the sports picks that are released.

There’s a free sports pick section at WagerTalk where you can access daily plays from the experts. There are also frequent sports betting articles published on a daily basis with free picks and analysis. One of the features that most sports bettors will enjoy are the articles analyzing player props.

The Wager Talk live odds tool allows sports bettors to shop for the best prices before placing bets. There are betting odds for Las Vegas bookies and several of the biggest online sportsbooks.

Wager Talk could improve the service by offering transparent results that everyone can access at any time. That way, prospective clients can view the results before signing up.

WagerTalk Pricing

Pricing is all over the place at Wager Talk and that’s not ideal. There are some good things, such as the $15 in free credits towards a single purchase or the deals section with discounts. Throughout the year, there are some deals allowing you to purchase long-term sports picks packages at a discount.

There are some bad things about the way Wager Talk handles pricing. Purchasing daily picks for $35+ is insane in today’s sports betting industry. It’s an absurd price point for a single day worth of plays from a single handicapper. That price increases further if you want the package to be “guaranteed”.

The “Group” picks packages are also costly and not suitable for most sports bettors. If you choose five cappers to be included in your group package, it costs $350/week or $989/month. There’s no guarantee on these packages either, so you could end up spending $989/month and losing money.

It would be better if Wager Talk had a more affordable all-in-one sports picks package.

They like to hype up sports picks, but they could offer better documentation and provide more transparency.

The deals are enticing, but the average package price is high. Therefore, most sports handicappers aren’t going to be able to utilize Wager Talk. Unless you’re betting $250+/game, it’s not worth buying a package, as the cost is prohibitive. A flat monthly rate for access to all released plays would improve the service.

The service has received a lot of poor reviews as well over the years. Sports bettors have lost plenty of money by tailing the Wager Talk cappers. The problem is consistency. They have experts that will post profits at times throughout the year, but you better hope you’re tailing them when they’re hot.
