How to Join Our 2023 March Madness Contest
You simply need to open a free Sports Hub account with your name and email address. You need to verify your email address to activate your account and gain access to all of our free contests, picks and other perks.
Every Sports Hub member will receive one free entry into the March Madness Sweet Sixteen contest.
Prizes
For our first contest, we’re rewarding the winner with a $500 Best Buy gift card.
*If multiple contest entries are tied after the March Madness Final, the tiebreaker is earliest submission time, which means you want to get your Sweet Sixteen picks into the system as soon as possible.
Sports Hub 2023 March Madness Contest Rules and Scoring
Everyone will need to predict every game from the Sweet Sixteen onward. You’ll make your picks through your account and once the Sweet Sixteen starts, all submissions are locked.
Make sure to include your predictions from the Sweet Sixteen to the NCAAB Championship Game.
For each correct pick, you’ll earn a number of points towards your total score.
Here’s the breakdown of how many points you receive for a win:
- Sweet Sixteen Winner – 20 Points
- Elite Eight Winner – 30 Points
- Final Four Winner – 40 Points
- Championship Game Winner – 60 Points
You’ll be able to track your performance and see if you’ve won through the standings page via your account dashboard.
Remember that you need to verify your account (email) to be eligible for prizes.

This is our first contest at Sports Hub, but our goal is to host ongoing contests for all major sporting events throughout the year for members. Contests will be free and have lots of prizes.
