Rockets 109, Warriors 94 – Houston Levels Series at 1-1
Jalen Green torched Golden State with 38 points, hitting 8-of-18 from 3-point range, as the Houston Rockets never trailed and rolled to a Game 2 win.
The Rockets shot 45.3 percent from the field and a much-improved 37.5 percent from beyond the arc after a tough Game 1. Green exploded for 15 points in the third quarter alone, keeping Golden State at bay.
The Warriors lost Jimmy Butler III to a pelvic contusion late in the first quarter and struggled offensively, going just 11-of-18 at the free-throw line. Without Butler’s versatility, Golden State leaned heavily on the three-point shot but couldn’t keep up with Houston’s pace. Game 3 shifts to San Francisco.

Celtics 109, Magic 100 – Boston Moves Up 2-0
Jaylen Brown stepped up in Jayson Tatum’s absence, scoring 36 points on 12-of-19 shooting to lift the Celtics to a 2-0 series lead over the Orlando Magic.
Brown added 10 rebounds and five assists, while Kristaps Porzingis chipped in 20 points and 10 boards. Boston overcame the short-handed roster to pull away, despite a strong showing from Orlando’s Paulo Banchero (32 points, nine rebounds, seven assists) and Franz Wagner (25 points).
The Celtics’ shooting depth and physicality proved too much again. Game 3 heads to Orlando, where the Magic will try to turn the series around.

Cavaliers 121, Heat 112 – Cleveland Stays Perfect at Home
Donovan Mitchell fired in 30 points, including 17 in the fourth quarter, as Cleveland stayed composed down the stretch to secure a 2-0 lead against Miami.
The Cavs set a franchise playoff record with 11 made threes in the second quarter, breaking open a tight game. Mitchell finished 7-of-10 from deep while Darius Garland (21 points, nine assists) orchestrated the offense. Evan Mobley added 20 points and six rebounds.
Miami’s Tyler Herro had a game-high 33 points, and Haywood Highsmith was a surprise contributor with 17 points off the bench. But it wasn’t enough to overcome Cleveland’s late push. Game 3 heads to Miami on Friday.
